Una paletta viene commissionata nella postazione FAST PICK con prodotti differenti . Questi posso- no essere singoli oppure posti su vassoi;il sistema di controllo sug- gerisce ed assicura la corretta dis- posizione dei prodotti. L'addetto può modificare e/o controllare l'altezza della paletta in ogni istante.

A pallet with varying products is loaded on the FAST PICK STATION table. These goods may be con- veyed separately or on trays while the merchandise management system coordinates and ensures the proper sequencing. The opera- tor can modify and/or control the height of the pallet at any time.

After staging the goods on the pallet, the full pallet is lowered automatically via the shaft to the shrink wrapping station. The shaft containment walls ensure that the load stays stable. This is especial- ly important in pallets with mixed goods. As soon as the pallet is lowered, the shrink wrapping sta- tion contains the load automati- cally with a foil. The goods are well-protected from slipping and ready for shipment. The shrink wrapped pallet is auto- matically conveyed away and the work station is ready for the next pallet of goods. The removed of the pallets can be made manually as an option. The exchange time between two carriers takes only a few seconds.

Terminata la paletta questa scen- de automaticamente. Le pareti del pozzetto provvedono a mantenere il carico nella posizione corretta. Questo è particolarmente impor- tante per palette con prodotti dif- ferenti. In una determinata posi- zione l’anello avvolgitore provvede ad avvolgere le merci con un film plastico proteggendo le merci dalla caduta ed termine la paletta è pronta per la spedizione. Tramite il convogliatore la paletta terminata prosegue il suo percor- so. La paletta successiva può ora essere inviata alla postazione di lavoro anche manualmente. Il tempo necessario per cambiare la paletta nella postazione di lavoro è di pochi secondi.
