General advices

Regolazione del carrello Nel caso di forniture di sistemi, la rotaia viene fornita con il carrello regolato. Nel caso di forniture singole, è necessario regolare il carrello successivamente.

Setting of the sliders For systems, the rails will be delivered with sliders which are preloaded in the rails. When supplied separately, the preload must be set by the user.

Regolazione del precarico 1. Verificare il grado di pulizia della pista.

Preload setting procedure: 1. Assure that the raceways are clean.

2. Introdurre il carrello nella rotaia. Pressare insieme i paraoli a mano.

2. Insert the slider into the rail. Press the felt slips together when putting them into the rail.

3. Posizionare il carrello all'estremità della rotaia.

3. Position the slider at one end of the rail.

4. Per la regolazione del precarico, utilizzare una chiave ad anello SW 13 e un cacciavite di medie dimensioni.

4. For setting the preload, please use a combination wrench and a mid size screwdriver.

5. Ogni carrello presenta 4 rotelle di scorrimento, 2 delle quali, contrassegnate da una marcatura, sono regolabili mediante eccentrico. Il precarico viene effettuato con le rotelle di scorrimento regolabili mediante eccentrico. 6. Utilizzando la chiave ad anello, svitare il dado autobloccante e regolare il precarico agendo con il cacciavite sul perno eccentrico. È necessario soltanto un lieve precarico. 7. Regolare i cuscinetti eccentrici in modo che il carrello si sposti senza gioco su tutta la lunghezza della pista. Evitare un precarico eccessivo! Un precarico eccessivo aumenta l'attrito e le pressioni dei cuscinetti riducendo la durata!

5. Each slider has 4 bearings, 2 of them, which are marked, are eccentric adjustable. With the eccentric adjustable bearings the preload can be set. 6. Open the lock nut with the combination wrench and set the preload with the screwdriver on the eccentric bolt. Only a small preload is needed. 7. The eccentric bearings should be set with a preload so that the slider runs without any clearance through the whole raceway. High preload setting should be avoided! High preload setting increase friction and force to the bearing which reduces the lifetime! 8. Move the slider along the rail to verify the preload setting. The movement should be smooth and at no point should there be any clearance in the rail.

8. Verificare la corsa del carrello nella rotaia. Il carrello deve scorrere sull'intera lunghezza senza gioco e agevolmente.

9. After setting the preload, fasten the lock nut while holding the eccentric pin on position with the screwdriver.

9. Dopo la regolazione serrare il dado autobloccante con la chiave ad anello e fissare il perno eccentrico con il cacciavite in modo da evitare torsioni.
