The equipment is in accordance with latest environmental laws. Handling of parts with floor and conveyor system. Steel stock Our steel stock have more than 1000 tons of special pro- files. We deliver all our steel profiles immediately from stock. All profiles will be delivered in fixed lengths and on request fine straightened, machined and coated. Milling machines We are equipped with 8 state of the art CNC controlled milling machines for up to 13 m stroke. We deliver your profiles ready to mount according to your drawings. Welding works All steel works are made in Illingen by our qualified staff. To achieve best product quality, all our welders are certi- fied. The basic requirement of the top Welding Proficiency Certificate is the guarantee for the outstanding quality of our welding. Sales Our multilingual sales team is at your disposal any time to work out individual solutions.

Verniciatura Modernissimo impianto di verniciatura con camera di essiccazione per verniciature di alta qualità. L'impianto ottempera alle più recenti direttive sull'ambiente. Manipolazione del carico con trasportatori monorotaie sospesi e guide a pavimento. Magazzino acciaio Il nostro magazzino acciaio contiene oltre 1000 t di pro- fili speciali. Tutti i profili in acciaio offerti sono disponibi- li a magazzino e quindi in pronta consegna. Inoltre forni- amo lunghezze fisse e, su richiesta, con raddrizzatura di precisione, lavorazione e rivestimento. Fresatrici Disponiamo di 8 moderne fresatrici CNC con tavola per lunghezze di lavorazione fino a 13 m. I profili vengono consegnati pronti per il montaggio e eventualmente lavorati in base a disegno cliente. Saldatura Tutte le costruzioni in acciaio sono realizzate a Illingen da operai specializzati. I nostri saldatori sono tutti certificati per garantire la massima qualità del prodotto. Il certifi- cato di saldatura è un prerequisito fondamentale per l'eccellente qualità dei nostri sistemi di saldatura.
